Since all of DLIZE CLOSET garments are Made to Measure pieces, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATIONS

If the event the garment is needed for is canceled, you are still responsible for the full payment of your order. For unforeseen emergencies such as: natural disasters, national emergencies, etc., please contact the Head Designer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for any assistance regarding different options. Please note: this policy reflects your understanding of all policies and all payments received as being NON – REFUNDABLE. Cancellations sent through the bank or financial institution where the initial payment was made may be subject to an inconvenience fee. If your event is canceled and your garment is paid in full, DLIZE CLOSET can assist you with its resale upon request. The client will be given garment information and instructions to help with resale when the garment is picked up. We will also allow pictures of the garment to be taken on our mannequins during this time.
